To help you achieve lasting change, our team of handpicked, talented Occupational Therapists continuously develop their skills and draw from both evidence and real-life experiences in their practice. With diverse training and perspectives, they collaborate to assess your life comprehensively, ensuring personalised therapy and support strategies for lasting change.
Introduction

Our management team will contact you via phone to collect your key information, assess which experienced therapist will best suit your needs, and schedule your initial appointment. Additionally, you'll receive a starter pack to support you as you embark on your journey towards achieving your goals!

Evidence & Collaboration

After the initial appointment, your therapist will gain insight into what matters most to you and your future aspirations. Depending on your needs, additional assessments or reports may be necessary to devise specific strategies or aid you in your NDIS journey. We work closely with your support team to ensure that we are all on the same page and aligned in supporting your goals.

Therapy Plan

We design a therapy plan tailored to your needs, incorporating regular small tasks to be completed between our visits, ensuring continual progress toward your goals. Additionally, we may create resources and tools to enhance your independence, empowering you to unlock your full potential!

We report on changes to your quality of life

We prioritise transparent communication regarding your progress. This includes regular progress notes, assessments, collaborative meetings and detailed reports. While you can request a progress review at your convenience, formal reviews occur three months before the plan renewal date. This ensures a collaborative approach to achieving your goals.
