 Mindful Beings OT's support individuals through all life stages in overcoming challenges and developing daily activities with therapeutic intervention, equipment, and environmental modifications. 

What is Occupational Therapy? 

Occupational therapy empowers you to improve your ability to perform the activities that give your life meaning and purpose. Occupations can be anything from everyday tasks like play and self-care to participating in employment, social activities and many more! We work with you in your own environment, tailoring therapy to your daily routines and challenges. By breaking down skills and building planning abilities, we empower you to live a more independent and fulfilling life.

 What does Occupational Therapy entail? 

What: 1:1 individualised therapy plans that empower you to achieve your desired outcomes.

When: We align with your schedules to guide you when you require our support the most. 

Where: Therapy can occur in your natural environment, be it home, school, workplace, or the community, to address real-world challenges.

Frequency: Sessions typically range between weekly and fortnightly on an hourly basis. The number and length of therapy sessions may vary based on your goals, NDIS requirements and availability.
