Our passionate Director and Occupational Therapist, Michaela prioritises empowering individuals to overcome challenges and live their best lives. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a nurturing approach to every client interaction, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.

Michaela believes in a client-centred approach, tailoring therapy to each person's unique needs. Utilising evidence-based practices, she collaborates with a holistic team to ensure the most effective treatment plan. Supportive and educational, she fosters critical thinking skills in her clients so they can navigate any obstacle.

A skilled problem solver with a "can-do" attitude, Michaela excels at finding solutions and providing comprehensive support. Her leadership extends beyond her practice. Leading by example, she offers outstanding supervision and mentorship to her team, while also sharing her expertise with kindergartens through parent and teacher education.

With experience working with individuals of all ages in the United Kingdom, Michaela's areas of expertise include home modifications and equipment prescription, complex trauma, physical disabilities, psychosocial disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Her passion lies in helping individuals unlock their full potential and achieve their goals.

When she's not working, Michaela enjoys quality time with family and friends. Puppy play dates and walks along the beach foster a healthy balance between her professional and personal life.
